Instrument and equipment
PG Ⅰ is mainly secreted by gastric acid secreting gland cells, which is an indication to detect the function of gastric acid secreting gland cells. PG Ⅱ is produced by the cardia gland of the gastric cardia and the pyloric gland and Brunner gland near the duodenum in the gastric antrum, which is closely related to gastric fundus mucosal lesions. The change of PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ ratio can reflect the degree of gastric mucosal atrophy.
It is a basic tool for risk assessment of cardiovascular disease, auxiliary diagnosis of acute and chronic inflammation in the body, differential diagnosis of virus or bacteria, and a good indicator for dynamic monitoring of the process and determining the efficacy of antibiotics and guiding clinical rational drug use.
